How It Works

1. Select the Apple hardware your business needs.
2. We submit your application to RentWorks.
3. RentWorks assesses and approves qualifying applications.
4. Once approved, we deliver your equipment and you enjoy fixed monthly rentals over your chosen term.
5. At the end of the term, choose to return, extend, or upgrade.

Who Qualifies?

What are the minimum requirements for a company to qualify for this financing solution?

a. Your company must be a registered South African entity;
b. It needs a minimum annual turnover of R2 million for two consecutive years;
c. It must have been in business for at least three years; and
d. It needs to meet the standard credit vetting rules of our funders;
e. We offer clients a minimum finance value of R50 000

Documentation Required:

Fully completed RentWorks Africa Business Application Form

• Latest Signed Audited Financial Statements (AFS)
• If Financial Statements are older than 06 months, please also supply up to date Management Accounts. (Balance Sheet and Income Statement)

• 3 Months bank Statements
• Debtors and Creditors Age analysis, to be aligned to AFS or Management Accounts
• Cash Flow Projections
• Ultimate Business Owner (UBO) – Shareholding

Upon approval, when master rental agreemant is signed: 

• Signed Term Sheet
• Utility bill, proof of Company physical address, not older than 3 months
• Colour Copy of Identity Documents/Copy of Passport (if non-citizen of South Africa), of all relevant partners/members/ witnesses/trustees or directors.

• Utility bill, not older than 3 months and telephone numbers of all signatories also to be provided.
